Our Honey is locally sourced and over 90% pure unadulterated Honey. It is extracted either using the good old method of dripping, or alternatively it is spun. Each crop is unique in flavour and consistency, as this depends wholly upon the time of year and what plants the Honey Bees have been visiting.
As with all pure Honey although clear when extracted, over time, crystalisation will take place. This is due to the blend of plants and flowers that the Honey Bees have been pollenating. In order to keep it clear it is suggested that you store the honey in a warm dry place.
When purchasing our Honey we will despatch from our latest collection, however if you wish to discuss the various collections we have in order to suit your palette, then please select the size you require when shopping, add it to your basket, and we will contact you to discuss your choice in more detail.
