We collect our classic honey twice a year, at the end of spring and summer. This honey is ideal for day to day use, be it with breakfast for the lighter honeys to the darker honeys for baking to create highlights. Also ideal to compliment your favourite coffee.
Snowdon Honey Farm & Winery, nestled at the foot of Mount Snowdon, started when we began to keep bees as a hobby. As time passed, family and friends would call in to see how the project was progressing, which in turn led to the customary sampling of the honey, along with a drink or two. From this small beginning, the business began to grow, but to this day we have retained the warmth and hospitality of a small family run business.
